Can I reach out to shoppers who have unused vouchers?

Yes, using the SKALE platform, you can schedule an SMS or email to shoppers who have downloaded vouchers but haven’t used it yet. You can also customise the date, timing and message of your SMS.

Step 1. Go to Vouchers and find the promotion you wish to manage. After that, click on the Manage button

Step 2. You will be directed to a page, where you can see more information on your Promotion. Tick of Send Automated Reminder for Unused Voucher. A drop down will show where you can set more information including date, timing and message.

Tip* You can choose to send a reminder via email or SMS


Step3. Once you are all set just click on Submit and proceed with the payment
