Activate: We kicked off a WhatsApp-first omnichannel campaign that made participation effortless.​

Diners walked into any of AFP’s partner cafes, bakeries, or restaurants and made a purchase. By scanning QR codes on POSM or receipts, they joined the campaign via WhatsApp. Customers simply snapped a photo of their receipt and uploaded it in the chat to start earning rewards.​
