    Activate: QR scans from multiple touchpoints led shoppers straight to WhatsApp, capturing their mobile number in one step and inviting them into the loyalty and contest experience.

    With a single scan, shoppers were onboarded from vending machines, supermarkets, roadshows, and digital ads, instantly captured into WhatsApp and converted into first-party data.

    Shoppers uploaded receipts, which the chatbot’s built-in Smart Receipts auto-validated, unlocking a Tap & Win game where they earned points redeemable for rewards like Giftano vouchers and yacht experiences.

    To further boost basket size, shoppers who met a minimum spend threshold earned entries into exclusive raffle draws, fueling repeat purchases and premium product trials.

    Capture: Every interaction generated high-quality data: validated receipts, SKUs purchased, reward redemptions, shopper profiles, and retailer attribution — all in real time.

    Engage: That data powered hyper-personalized engagement: birthday messages, tailored promos, event invites, and reminders, all delivered through 1:1 WhatsApp conversations.
